On Friday, 21 November 2025, the Senior 2 students organized an educational trip to Mount Shyorongi (Kanyinya Hills) to observe Rwanda’s relief features as part of their Geography course.

During the visit, students explored and compared various landforms, including mountains, rivers, plains, and the plateaus of Kigali. They also contrasted these with the elevated mountains found in the Southern and Northern Provinces.

The learners were accompanied by their Geography teacher, Mr. Musonera, who guided them throughout the field activities, helping them connect classroom lessons with real geographical landscapes.

Such Educational Trip activities allow students to learn outside the classroom, observe real environments, and deepen their understanding of Rwanda’s natural features.
